I'm a W/C transfer from another state. I had the worst experience, my condition worsen along with my case. I moved to Texas, and experience only more disappointment. Frankly, I wanted to just give up, I prayed so hard asking God to help me. He lead me to Serenity, I made sure this time around I would read the reviews. Most of all the facility's offer the same thing, but what caught me eye, " they don't work for your employer or anyone else but you!!". That was the problem i was having, I was just a number and I was being overlooked. How can you do that? You have an injured person that needs your help, lead them to the right direction. I saw Dr. Chen recently, he took his time to talk, explain everything to me, the process, and even examine me. i mean actually took the time to touch my back and test my strength, not like these other cracker jack doctors that just varley touch and write down whatever on papers ok see you next month. No!! You will get the full affect with Serenity. It's only been a 10 days, and this man is working on my case, his team is also working, what I see it's a team work and not just one person. That's what's this place amazing. I didn't have to upload anything to ECOMP, I mean I was blown away. My equipment was ordered and being delivered as we speak. Therapist called me!! Yes, they don't play, they want to make sure your good and ready to get your treatment plan on track. I could go on, and I'm not making this up but I will say this, this is only the beginning.
