I'm a W/C transfer from another state. I had the worst experience, my condition worsen along with my case. I moved to Texas, and experience only more disappointment. Frankly, I wanted to just give up, I prayed so hard asking God to help me. He lead me to Serenity, I made sure this time around I would read the reviews. Most of all the facility's offer the same thing, but what caught me eye, " they don't work for your employer or anyone else but you!!". That was the problem i was having, I was just a number and I was being overlooked. How can you do that? You have an injured person that needs your help, lead them to the right direction. I saw Dr. Chen recently, he took his time to talk, explain everything to me, the process, and even examine me. i mean actually took the time to touch my back and test my strength, not like these other cracker jack doctors that just varley touch and write down whatever on papers ok see you next month. No!! You will get the full affect with Serenity. It's only been a 10 days, and this man is working on my case, his team is also working, what I see it's a team work and not just one person. That's what's this place amazing. I didn't have to upload anything to ECOMP, I mean I was blown away. My equipment was ordered and being delivered as we speak. Therapist called me!! Yes, they don't play, they want to make sure your good and ready to get your treatment plan on track. I could go on, and I'm not making this up but I will say this, this is only the beginning. I can't wait to see what happens in 6 months. I can.. my way to recovery and my case finally getting the proper upgrade. Serenity Medical is 100 percent the place to get your medical services. I came across Serenity Medical Center after 21 months of going in circles when they got my medical through DOL situated. The staff and physical therapy staff found issues that were overlooked and got all my paper fixed. They took and take peoples health serious and have got my claim in the right direction. Dr. Chen looks at the whole picture not just bits and pieces. I would strongly recommend Serenity Medical Services to anyone that is having problems with their claim. They are all outstanding!

Dr. Cody and Dr. Blem worked continuously on my lower back pain through their physical therapy plan. When I first started treatment, I was unable to even touch my toes. Fast-forward 6 months and I have fully gained back mobility within my legs and back. Those two are life-changing!
